1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NodeHelix website, dashboard, APIs, and cloud hosting services (collectively, the "Service") operated by PT Trivida Meta Corpora ("NodeHelix", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

NodeHelix provides cloud computing services, including NodeLight (lightweight application server) products, billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Billing & Credit Balance

NodeHelix operates a prepaid credit model. Users top up their account balance in IDR via supported payment channels (e.g. virtual account, GoPay, OVO, QRIS). Credits are deducted as instances and resources are consumed.Prices are displayed in IDR on the Service and are inclusive of applicable markups. We may adjust pricing with at least 14 days' prior notice. Existing credit balances will continue to be honored at their face value.You are responsible for ensuring sufficient credit balance to keep your instances running. Instances may be suspended or terminated if your balance is insufficient.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) host or distribute malware, phishing content, or unauthorized copyrighted material; (c) send unsolicited bulk email (spam); (d) conduct cryptocurrency mining without prior written consent; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data; or (f) operate gambling, adult, or other prohibited content as defined under Indonesian law.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe your use violates this section.

6. Customer Data & Backups

You retain all rights to data you store on or process through the Service ("Customer Data"). You are responsible for maintaining backups of your Customer Data. NodeHelix does not guarantee the recovery of Customer Data in the event of instance failure, deletion, or service termination.Snapshot and backup features, where provided, are best-effort and do not replace your own disaster recovery practices.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including upstream cloud provider incidents), and force majeure events may affect availability.Any service-level commitments will be published separately and form part of these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its branding, software, dashboards, and documentation, is owned by NodeHelix or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NodeHelix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Service.Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to NodeHelix during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any unused credit balance will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which the dispute shall be submitted to the District Court of Central Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
